2FA for Locker account
Create an additional layer of security for your Locker account by setting up 2FA. Follow these steps to enable 2FA for Locker:
Setting up 2FA
- Log in to your Locker account on Web app.

- Go to Settings / Security and scroll down to the Two-factor authentication (2FA) section. Click the Turn on 2-step verification button.

- You will be directed to the 2-step Verification Setup page.

- Enable 2-step verification via email or an authentication app.
Enable 2FA via Email
- To enable 2FA with email for your Locker account, select the Authentication Email section and click Enable.

- At the popup, click Next to receive an OTP code via email.

- Enter the OPT sent to email and click Confirm. You are all set!
- After setting 2FA with email, the next time you log in to your Locker account on a new device, you’ll be required to enter the OTP sent to your email inbox.
- To stop using 2FA, select Disable in the Authentication Email section, then enter the OTP sent to your email inbox to confirm.
Enable 2FA via Authentication App
- To enable 2FA with an authentication app for your Locker account, select the Authentication App section.
- You need to choose another device as the base device for verification. Install the Locker desktop app or mobile app on that device and log in to your account at the same time.
- Follow the instruction displayed in the section to enable 2FA.

- After setting 2FA with your base device, the next time you log in to your Locker account on a new device or browser, you’ll be required to enter the OTP displayed on the Locker app on your base device.
- To stop using 2FA, select Disable in the Authentication App section, then enter the OTP displayed on the Locker app on your base device to confirm.
