Add, edit, and manage items

Locker can securely save and manage four types of items: including logins, secure notes, cards, and personal info.

  • Passwords: Where you store usernames and passwords for different websites. Once you save a login and enable auto-fill with Locker, you can log into your favorite website quickly without filling in credentials manually.

  • Secure notes: Where you keep your confidential notes to yourself. Just write off anything you want in this folder, from answers to security questions, 2FA backup codes, and more.

  • Cards: Where you store your credit or debit card information for effortless online shopping.

  • Personal info: Where you save personal information such as email address, company name, passport number, license number, etc. or anything that you may need when filling out online forms.

Web Vault

Add Items

  1. On the homepage, click on the Add item or Add new button to create a new item.
  1. Select the type of item you want to create.
  1. Fill out all required fields.
  1. Click Save.

Note: You can import items directly from other popular password managers to Locker. See here.

Edit Items

  1. Click on the item or choose the Edit option from the three-dot menu.
  1. Edit the item.
  1. Click Save.

Delete Items

  1. Click on the item or choose the Delete option from the three-dot menu.
  1. Delete the item.

Clone Items

You can clone any item that you own by clicking on the three-dot menu and selecting the Clone button.

Restore Deleted Items

Deleted items will be sent to the Trash for 30 days. When 30 days have lapsed, they will be permanently deleted.

You can always restore an item you have deleted or permanently delete it right away.

You can also move items into Folders to better organize your vault.

Mobile Devices

Add Items

  1. On the home screen, click on the Plus icon at the top-right corner and select the type of item you want to create. Alternatively, you can choose the item first in the Browse screen before tapping the Plus icon.
  1. Fill out all required fields.
  1. Tap Save.

Edit Items

  1. Click on the item or choose the Edit option from the three-dot menu.
  1. Edit the item.
  1. Tap Save.

Delete Items

  1. Click on the item or choose the Move to Trash option from the three-dot menu.
  1. Tap OK.

Clone Items

You can clone any item that you own by clicking on the three-dot menu and selecting the Clone button.

Restore Deleted Items

Deleted items will be sent to the Trash for 30 days. When 30 days have lapsed, they will be permanently deleted.

You can always restore an item you have deleted or permanently delete it right away. To restore an item on your mobile device, follow the below guide.

  1. On the Browse screen, tap Trash.
  1. Click on the three-dot button next to the item you want to restore.
  1. Tap Restore.

Add Items

  1. Click the Locker logo next to your search bar.
  1. Click Add a password to directly save logins to a website. Or Click the Plus icon at the top-right corner of the window > Select the type of item you want to add from the drop-down menu.
  1. Fill in all the required fields.
  1. Click Save.

Edit Items

  1. Click Vault. You will see all items under the Types section.
  1. Click the Pencil icon next to the item name or click on the item and select Edit.
  1. Select Save.
