Import from 1Password

Follow the below steps to export passwords from 1Password and import into Locker.

1Password exports data in .1pux, .1pif, and .csv files depending on your operating system and client version.

Export from 1Password

Web Vault
  1. Select the items you want to export in your vault.
    1. You can select all by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + A or holding Ctrl/Cmd to select multiple items at a time.

  1. If you are using Windows, select File > Export or right-click and select Export.
    1. If you are using macOS, select File > Export > All items.

  1. The Export window will pop up on the screen. Specify a location and file format to save the file.

Note: 1Password 8 exports to theΒ 1Password Unencrypted Export (.1pux) format Β or a comma-separated values (CSV) file. The CSV format will export only your usernames and passwords.

Web Vault

To import data to the web vault:

  1. Open Locker on your browser.
  1. Select Settings > Options.
  1. Scroll down to the Import section.
  1. Select the format of the import file from the drop-down menu.
  1. Click Choose File and upload the import file on your device, or paste the import file contents in the underneath blank section.
  1. Click Import.

Your login credentials have been successfully imported from Google Chrome to Locker vault.

Mobile Devices
  1. Open Locker app.
  1. Tap Menu > Settings > Import Data.
  1. Tap Format to select the right format of your import file.
  1. Tap Select File to upload the import file to the system.
  1. Tap Import Data.

Note: After successful import, you should delete the data export file in your computer to ensure your data is safe should your computer be compromised.

Remove 1Password from your browser

After you've imported your data, you're ready to use Locker to manage your digital vault. Make sure to turn off or remove apps and extensions for any other password managers in the browsers that you use.
