# Cancel a Subscription

> Canceling a subscription means you will lose access to Premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.

Canceling a subscription means you will lose access to Premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.

Canceling your subscription does not affect your data or your account.

You can cancel your subscription from your browser or through the mobile app.

## Web Vault

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Locker">
    Open the Locker Web Vault.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Plans & Billing">
    Click **Settings** > **Plans & Billing**. You can view the **Next Payment Date** in the Premium section. If you cancel your current subscription, you will lose access to your Premium features on that date.

  <Step title="Cancel subscription">
    Click **Cancel Subscription**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    A window will appear on the screen to confirm your cancellation. Click **OK** to complete the process. When the Next Payment Date arrives, your account will be switched to the Free plan.

## Mobile Devices

If you want to cancel your Locker Premium subscription on your mobile device, you can do so through the App Store or Google Play Store.

### App Store

    Open **Settings** on your iOS device.

    Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Subscriptions">
    Tap **Subscriptions**.

  <Step title="Select Locker">
    Select **Locker**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Cancel subscription">
    Tap **Cancel Subscription** at the bottom.

### Google Play

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Google Play">
    Open the Google Play app.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open your profile">
    Tap on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Subscriptions">
    Tap **Payments & subscriptions** > **Subscriptions**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Locker">
    Select **Locker**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Cancel subscription">
    Tap **Cancel Subscription**. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
