# Automatically approve members

> Learn how to enable automatic approval for members with emails belonging to a verified domain.

Once a domain has been verified, you can enable **automatic approval** so that members with emails belonging to that domain are automatically confirmed when they accept an invitation, without requiring manual Admin approval.

## Enable automatic approval

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open domain management">
    In the **Enterprise Dashboard** → **Domains**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a verified domain">
    Click on a domain with a **Verified** status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable automatic approval">
    Toggle the **Automatic Approval** switch to **On**.

## How it works

1. An Admin invites a member with an email like `user@company.com` (where `company.com` is a verified domain).
2. The member clicks the link in the invitation email.
3. Instead of waiting for Admin approval, the account is **automatically confirmed** right away.

## Notes

* This feature only applies to emails belonging to a **verified domain**.
* Emails from other domains still require manual Admin approval.
* You can disable automatic approval at any time.
