# Create and Manage Subsidiaries

> Learn how to create, edit, and manage subsidiary organizations in Locker Self-hosted.

In Locker Self-hosted, the **Super Admin** can create multiple subsidiary organizations to divide management by department, branch, or subsidiary company.

## Create a Subsidiary

<Steps>
  <Step title="Log in">
    Log in to the system with your Super Admin account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open organization management">
    Navigate to **Organizations** in the navigation bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new organization">
    Click **Create Organization** > enter the organization name and related information.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign administrators">
    Designate one or more **Admins** to manage this subsidiary organization.
  </Step>

## Manage Subsidiaries

### Edit Information

Click on the organization name > **Edit** > update the information > **Save**.

### Manage Members

Each subsidiary has its own member list. The Admin of a subsidiary can invite and manage members within the scope of that organization.

### Delete a Subsidiary

Only the Super Admin can delete a subsidiary organization. All data belonging to the organization will be permanently deleted.

  Deleting a subsidiary cannot be undone. Make sure to back up data before deleting.
