# Change your payment plan

> Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or change the billing cycle for your Locker for Business subscription.

The Owner can change the business subscription plan at any time.

## Change the plan

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Billing page">
    In the **Enterprise Dashboard** → **Billing**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select change plan">
    Click **Change Plan** to view available options.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a new plan">
    Select the desired plan and billing cycle.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Review the cost changes → click **Confirm** to apply.

## Notes on plan changes

### Upgrading

* New features are activated **immediately**.
* The cost difference is prorated for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.

### Downgrading

* The new plan takes effect at the **start of the next billing cycle**.
* Features from the current plan remain available until the end of the current cycle.

### Changing the billing cycle

* Switching from monthly to annual: takes effect immediately, and the cost is adjusted accordingly.
* Switching from annual to monthly: takes effect when the annual plan expires.
