## Payment principles

### Per-user pricing

* Costs are based on the **actual number of members** in the workspace.
* When a new member is added, the cost is prorated for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

### No hidden fees

* The listed price is the final price (excluding applicable taxes).
* There are no setup fees, support fees, or other hidden charges.

### Automatic renewal

* Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
* You will receive a reminder email before the renewal date.
* You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

### Refund policy

* Locker offers a **30-day money-back guarantee** for annual plans.

## When reducing the number of members

If you remove members mid-cycle, the difference will be credited and applied to the next billing cycle.
