# Reactivate a disabled member's account

> Learn how to reactivate a previously disabled member account in Locker for Business.

Owners and Admins can reactivate accounts of members that were previously deactivated.

## How to reactivate

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the member list">
    In the **Enterprise Dashboard**, select **Members**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter suspended members">
    Filter the list by the **Suspended** status to find the account you want to reactivate.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reactivate">
    Click on the member's name → select **Reactivate** → confirm.
  </Step>

## After reactivation

* The member can **log in again** to Locker.
* Their personal vault data **remains intact** as it was before deactivation.
* The member's status returns to **Confirmed**.
* Items and folders need to be **shared again** with the member if required.
