Autofill is the key feature that helps you enjoy a safe and seamless internet experience. Once you save any login credentials, Locker will automatically detect the corresponding website or app and fill in your login information. Autofill on Android is available on devices running Android 8 or later.

Enable Autofill

Enable the autofill service on your Android device

Open the Locker app

Open the Locker app on your Android device.

Go to Autofill Service

Tap Menu > Settings > Autofill Service.

Open settings

Tap the Open settings button. You will be navigated to the Settings app and see a list of Autofill service providers.

Select Locker

Select Locker from the list. A small popup will appear to confirm that you trust Locker. Tap OK.
You have now enabled the Locker autofill service on your Android device.

Enable Autofill on Xiaomi devices

Locker requires additional permissions to work on your Xiaomi phone. To allow Locker to autofill credentials on Xiaomi:

Open security settings

Open MIUI Security app settings.

Grant Auto-start permission

Select Permissions > Auto-start. Tap Locker.
Additionally, you will need to allow Locker to display popups.

Open app management

Open MIUI Security app settings. Tap Apps > Manage apps.

Grant display permission

Scroll down to find the Locker app in the list and tap on it > Other permissions. Toggle the Show pop-up windows while running in the background setting.
The Locker Autofill service is now enabled on your Xiaomi device.

Use Autofill

Once Autofill is enabled, Locker will help you quickly log into supported websites and apps by filling in your matching login credentials.

Autofill passwords

Open an app or website

Open any app or website for which you have saved login credentials.

Tap the login field

Tap anywhere in the login field and you may see the Locker Password Manager option appear on the keyboard.

Unlock Locker

Tap to open the Locker app popup and enter your Master Password or authenticate with Face/Fingerprint to unlock Locker.

Select login credentials

Tap the matching login credentials to autofill and access the app or website.

Save a new item and fill

If you do not see any available passwords to fill for an app or website, you can create a new item directly from the Autofill screen without opening Locker.

Open an app or website

Open any app or website where you want to save login credentials, and navigate to the sign-up or login screen.

Tap the input field

Tap anywhere in the input field, and you may see the Locker Password Manager option appear on the keyboard.

Unlock Locker

Tap to open the Locker app popup and enter your Master Password or authenticate with Face/Fingerprint to unlock Locker.

Create a new item

On the Autofill screen that appears, tap the Plus icon in the top right corner.

Fill and save

Enter the email/username and password and tap the Save button.

Autofill

You will see the newly created item appear in the password list. Tap the item to fill it into the app or website.
