Password Health is a Premium feature that identifies weak, reused and exposed passwords to help users proactively protect online accounts. Once any password is identified as weak, reused or exposed, you should use Locker password generator to create a strong password for your account.
On Web Vault and Desktop app
Follow the steps to use Password Health on your device:
Click Security Tools on the sidebar.
Choose Password Health on the tool list.
The system automatically scans the passwords saved in your vault and displays the results on the screen.
Click Weak Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with the weak password, along with the strength status respectively. The below image shows a username associated with a password that is rated as Very weak.
Click Reused Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with a reused password. Besides, you can see how many times that password has been used. As in the below image, the password linked to those usernames has been used 4 times.
Click Exposed Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with a password exposed in data breaches. Besides, you can see how many times that password has been exposed. You should change these passwords to ensure the safety of your accounts.
On Mobile Device
Sign in to the Locker app on your phone.
Tap Tools > Choose Password Health on the tool list.
The system automatically scans the passwords saved in your vault and displays the results on the screen.
Click Weak Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with the weak password, along with the strength status respectively. The below image shows a username associated with a password that is rated as Very weak.
Click Reused Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with a reused password. Besides, you can see how many times that password has been used. As in the below image, the password linked to those usernames has been used 4 times.
Click Exposed Passwords (if any): You will see a list of usernames and websites associated with a password exposed in data breaches. Besides, you can see how many times that password has been exposed. You should change these passwords to ensure the safety of your accounts.
