Canceling a subscription means you will lose access to Premium features at the end of your current billing cycle.
Canceling your subscription does not affect your data or your account.
You can cancel your subscription from your browser or through the mobile app.
Web Vault
Open Locker
Open the Locker Web Vault.
Open Plans & Billing
Click Settings > Plans & Billing. You can view the Next Payment Date in the Premium section. If you cancel your current subscription, you will lose access to your Premium features on that date.
Cancel subscription
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm
A window will appear on the screen to confirm your cancellation. Click OK to complete the process. When the Next Payment Date arrives, your account will be switched to the Free plan.
Mobile Devices
If you want to cancel your Locker Premium subscription on your mobile device, you can do so through the App Store or Google Play Store.
App Store
Open Settings
Open Settings on your iOS device.
Open Apple ID
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page.
Open Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Locker
Select Locker.
Cancel subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
Google Play
Open Google Play
Open the Google Play app.
Open your profile
Tap on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Open Subscriptions
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select Locker
Select Locker.
Cancel subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
