Owners and Admins can export activity logs as a file for auditing, reporting, or archival purposes.

Export Activity Logs

Open Activity Logs

In the Enterprise Dashboard, select Activity Logs.

Set up filters

Filter the logs by time range, member, or activity type as needed (optional).

Export

Click the Export button and select the file format (CSV).

Download

The file will be generated and downloaded to your device.

Exported File Contents

The CSV file includes the following columns:
  • Timestamp: The date and time the activity occurred.
  • Member: The email address of the member who performed the action.
  • Activity: The type of action (login, create item, share, etc.).
  • Details: Additional information about the activity.
  • IP Address: The IP address of the device that performed the action.
The exported data only includes activities within the selected filter range. To export all data, make sure no filters are applied.
