Owners and Admins can monitor all member activities within the workspace through Activity Logs.
View Activity Logs
Open the Enterprise Dashboard
Log in to Locker and switch to the Enterprise Dashboard.
Go to Activity Logs
In the navigation bar, select Activity Logs.
View and filter
Activities are displayed in chronological order. You can filter by:
- Member: View activities of a specific person.
- Activity type: Login, password change, data sharing, etc.
- Time range: Filter by day/week/month.
Types of Recorded Activities

| Login | A member logged into Locker |
| Logout | A member logged out |
| Create/Edit/Delete item | Changes to vault data |
| Share data | Sharing an item or folder |
| Change settings | Account settings updated |
Regularly review activity logs to detect unusual behavior or unauthorized access early.
