Once a domain has been verified, you can enable automatic approval so that members with emails belonging to that domain are automatically confirmed when they accept an invitation, without requiring manual Admin approval.

Open domain management

In the Enterprise DashboardDomains.

Select a verified domain

Click on a domain with a Verified status.

Enable automatic approval

Toggle the Automatic Approval switch to On.

How it works

  1. An Admin invites a member with an email like [email protected] (where company.com is a verified domain).
  2. The member clicks the link in the invitation email.
  3. Instead of waiting for Admin approval, the account is automatically confirmed right away.

Notes

  • This feature only applies to emails belonging to a verified domain.
  • Emails from other domains still require manual Admin approval.
  • You can disable automatic approval at any time.
