The Owner can change the payment method at any time to ensure uninterrupted billing.

Update Payment Method

Open Billing

In the Enterprise Dashboard, go to Billing.

Select payment method

In the Payment Method section, click Update or Change.

Enter new information

Enter the new card details: card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

Save

Click Save to apply the update. All future payments will use the new method.

Notes

  • The new card will be verified with a small transaction (which will be refunded immediately).
  • The old payment method will be removed after the update is successful.
  • If an automatic payment fails, you will receive an email notification to update your payment method.
Make sure to update your payment method before your current card expires to avoid service interruptions.
