You can only select one payment contact for your business's Locker plan.

Who can change the payment method in the Locker Business plan?

All Primary Admins in your plan can change the payment method.

How to change the payment method in the Locker Business plan

Adding a Payment Method

To add your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. To get started, please access the Enterprise Dashboard..
  1. On the left navigation bar of the screen, select Settings ⇒ Choose Payment Method.

  1. On the Add New Payment Card form of Locker, please add your payment card details such as Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV Number. Note that the card you add must be an international payment card, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.

Changing Payment Method

  1. To change the default payment card in case of having multiple payment cards, on the Payment Method screen, select the small circle to the left of the card you want to choose.

  1. Then, a small window will appear to confirm your change and select Ok.

  1. The process of changing the default payment method will be completed when the system notifies of the successful payment method update. At that time, a short line "Default payment card" will appear below the card you have chosen.
