Open the Billing page

In the Enterprise Dashboard → Billing.

Select change plan

Click Change Plan to view available options.

Choose a new plan

Select the desired plan and billing cycle.

Confirm

Review the cost changes → click Confirm to apply.

Notes on plan changes

Upgrading

  • New features are activated immediately.
  • The cost difference is prorated for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.

Downgrading

  • The new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Features from the current plan remain available until the end of the current cycle.

Changing the billing cycle

  • Switching from monthly to annual: takes effect immediately, and the cost is adjusted accordingly.
  • Switching from annual to monthly: takes effect when the annual plan expires.
