Manage Payment Addresses
The contact information and payment address of your Locker for Business plan will be stored in detail in the Payment Address section, making it easy for you to check and edit.
Who can manage payment addresses in Locker for Business plan?
All Primary Admins in your Business Locker plan can add, delete, and edit Payment Addresses.
Guide to billing address management
Contact Information
By default, the billing information will be sent to the email of the person who registered for the Locker for Business plan. To change the recipient of the billing information:
- Log in to your Locker for Business account.
- Select the Settings section on the left-hand navigation menu, then select Payment Addresses.
- In the Contact information section, select Add billing email.
- The add payment email window will automatically appear. Here, enter the email address where you want to send Locker plan payment invoices for your business in the future.
- Select Add to save.
Billing Address
The billing address is the information that is filled in the payment invoice for your Locker for Business plan, including the company name, address, phone number, country, and postal code. You can change your company name as many times as you like. However, you cannot choose a name that has already been used by another Locker for Business plan.
To add a billing address for your Locker for Business plan:
- Log in to your Locker for Business account.
- Select the Settings option on the left navigation bar, then select Billing Address.
- In the Billing Address section, select Edit.
- Enter the company name and address information into the corresponding fields.
- Select Save to complete the process of adding billing address information.
