The Owner can view the complete payment history and download invoices for accounting purposes.

View Payment History

Open the Enterprise Dashboard

Log in to Locker and switch to the Enterprise Dashboard.

Go to Payment History

Select Billing, then go to the Payment History tab.

Displayed Information

Each transaction includes:
  • Payment date: The date and time the transaction was processed.
  • Amount: The total cost paid.
  • Subscription plan: The associated service plan.
  • Status: Succeeded, Failed, or Processing.
  • Invoice: A link to download the PDF invoice.

Download Invoices

Click the Download icon or the Invoice link next to a transaction to download the invoice as a PDF.
Invoices include the company information you have entered in the billing settings. Make sure this information is up to date before downloading.
