Billing Policy for Business

Locker Secrets Manager offers two solutions for businesses: a cloud-based solution and a self-hosted solution. These two solutions have different billing policies as follows:

Billing policy for the cloud-based solution

Payment for Locker is made on a monthly recurring basis, with pricing determined based on the number of secrets stored in Locker each month. The pricing table is divided into different tiers corresponding to the number of secrets stored. At the end of each billing cycle, the number of secrets stored in Locker during that cycle will be calculated. The corresponding fees will be applied based on the total number of secrets stored. The pricing tiers are designed to accommodate businesses of different sizes and storage needs. To ensure transparency and support financial record-keeping, Locker will send an invoice to the business at the end of each billing cycle. The invoice will include details of the number of secrets stored during that specific period and the corresponding charges based on the pricing structure. Billing is conducted on a per-workspace basis. For example, if you own 2 workspaces, you will be invoiced separately for each billing cycle of each workspace.
