Personal Plan Renewal

Subscriptions for the Premium or Family Plan renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen duration.

To ensure on-time payment and avoid interruption of your subscription, you are recommended to keep your payment method valid as the payment date approaches.

If Locker cannot process your payment for any reason, your account will be downgraded to Free Plan, and you will receive a notification via email.

Note: Locker does not store your payment information at our end. We use the services of Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to process your payments.

Renewal Date

You can check your renewal date on the Locker Web Browser, Desktop App, or Mobile App.

On Web Browser and Desktop App

  1. Log in to your Locker account
  1. On the left sidebar, click Settings. On the Settings tab, choose Plans & Billing.
  1. You will see your current subscription plan information, including the next billing date.

Change Payment Method

You can change your payment method, so your subscription is renewed using the new method. Learn more about Payment Methods.
