What is Locker?
Locker is a password and secrets management solution for both regular Internet users, organizations and developer teams. Locker is designed to help Users or Organizations manage sensitive data, especially login credentials and software development secrets. There is only one secret that users need to carefully remember in order to access and decrypt data managed by Locker. That is the user’s Master Password. Decrypting user data requires all three components: the Master Password, Encryption Keys, and the user’s encrypted data. Each of these components is protected in different ways, and each individually faces different threats. By requiring high security across all three components, user data is protected by a combination of the best features of each type. The user’s Master Password and Encryption Keys are two secrets combined in a process called two-secret key derivation, used in all encryption or decryption processes to retrieve data.
