Deleting your Locker account means deleting all your data in Vault, and you can no more log in to your account.
Export your data
Before deleting your account, you may want to export your Vault data.
On Web Vault or Desktop app
Go to the Settings tab > select Import/Export
Select Export Items > Select whether to export to a CSV file or Json file. Then enter Master Password to confirm exporting.
On Mobile device
Go to Menu > Settings > Export Data
Select whether to export to a CSV file or Json file. Then enter Master Password to confirm exporting
Delete your account
When you delete your account, you lose access to both Locker and CyStack account services, and we permanently delete your personal data. You can cancel the deletion for 14 days.
On Web Vault or Desktop app
Go to the Settings tab > Account
Click on Danger zone > choose Delete account. Then enter Master Password to confirm deleting your account
Deleting the account outside your Vault
In case you have forgotten your Master Password, you may want to delete your account and create a new one.
Go to id.locker.io/login, enter your login credentials (email, password) and click Sign in
Then go to id.locker.io, and you will be navigated to the Account Settings page
Click the Account Preferences tab, and click Delete Account and follow the next steps
You need to enter your Password as the final step to confirm deleting your account.
