How to report a bug in the Vault

If you encounter a specific technical issue, use the bug report feature on the Web Vault interface so that the technical team has all the information needed to resolve it:

Access the Web Vault

Log in to your Locker account on the web browser.

Find the Report Bug button

In the left navigation menu, scroll to the bottom and click the Report bug button.Report Bug button location in Web Vault
