Notifications
Notifications keep you up-to-date with any actions affecting your account and Vault, news and promotions from Locker. You can customize the notification types you want to receive on the Locker web browser, desktop app or mobile app.
View in-app notifications
There are 5 notification types that users receive in the web app, desktop app, and mobile app:
- In-app Item sharing
- Emergency Access
- Password tips & tricks
- Marketing & Promotion
- Other
Note: You can not customize the in-app notification types.
View notifications on Web app and Desktop app
- Click the Bell icon on the top right, next to your Profile Menu.
- A list of notifications will pop up. Click the notification you want to view to be directed to the corresponding screen.
View notifications on Mobile app
- Click the Bell icon on the top right of the screen.
- You will see the list of notifications appear.
- Click the notification you want to view to be directed to the corresponding screen.
Manage Email notifications
You can customize notification types sent to your Locker email on Web app, Desktop app or Mobile app.
On Web app and Desktop app
- Browse the left sidebar and click Settings > then choose the Notifications tab.
- On the Notifications tab, toggle on/off to choose the notification types you would like to receive via email.
On Mobile app
- On Mobile app, tap Menu > Settings > Notifications > Email.
- On the Email tab, toggle on/off to choose the notification types you would like to receive via email.
Manage Push notifications on mobile devices
You can customize notification types pushed to your mobile device through the Mobile app.
- On Mobile app, tap Menu > Settings > Notifications > Push Notifications.
- On the Push Notifications tab, toggle on/off to choose the notification types you would like to receive on your mobile device.
