The Super Admin is the highest-level administrative account in the Locker Self-hosted system, with full authority to manage the infrastructure and subsidiary organizations.

Create a Super Admin Account

Access the admin page

Open your browser and navigate to the admin URL of your deployed Locker Self-hosted system.

Register a Super Admin account

On the login page, select Create Super Admin Account. Enter your email and Master Password.

Confirm your email

Check your email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Log in

Log in with the email and Master Password you created.

Super Admin Permissions

  • Create and manage subsidiary organizations.
  • Create and manage user accounts within the system.
  • Configure SMTP email for sending notifications.
  • Configure SSO for the entire system.
  • Monitor activity across all users.
Keep your Super Admin Master Password in a safe place. Losing your Master Password means losing access to the admin system.
