Single-sign-on Authentication

An SSO token is a collection of information that is passed from Locker to enterprise portals during the SSO process. Business and enterprise users need to log in with SSO identifier if their business or enterprise requires it.

On Web app and Desktop app

  1. Go to id.locker.io/login, and click the SSO identifier option.

  1. Enter your organization identifier and click Continue.

      If you don’t know your SSO identifier, click Enter your email below the SSO identifier form > enter your organization email address.

  1. Then authenticate yourself as the process requires. After that, you will be navigated to the Master Password or Passwordless Unlock screen.
  • If you haven’t been to Locker before, you will need to create your Master Password or set up Passwordless Login.
  • Or else, unlock your vault by Master Password or Passwordless method.

After that, you can get access to your Locker vault.

On Mobile device

  1. Open the Locker mobile app, choose Login and select the SSO identifier option.

      If you don’t know your SSO identifier, click Enter your email below the SSO identifier form > type your organization email address.

  1. Then authenticate yourself as in the required process. After that, you will be navigated to the Master Password or Passwordless Unlock screen.
  • If you haven’t been to Locker before, create your Master Password or set up Passwordless Login.
  • Or else, unlock your vault by Master Password or Passwordless method.

After that, you will get access to your vault on mobile app.

On Extension

  1. Open Locker Extension, then choose SSO Identifier.

  1. You will be directed to the SSO Identifier page on the web app. Enter your organization’s identifier and click Continue.
    1. If you don’t know your SSO identifier, click Enter your email below the SSO identifier form > type your organization email address.

  1. Then authenticate yourself as in the required process. After that, re-open the Locker extension to unlock your Vault using Master Password or Passwordless method.
